- Silver Level – Twice yearly service with 5% off(up to $100) any repair and up to $250 off a new system installation. You also get priority service and guaranteed 48 hour response time or the service call is free. All this for $14.95 per month with a 1 year commitment*.
- Gold Level – Twice yearly service with 10% off (up to $150) any repair and up to $300 off a new system installation. You also get priority service and guaranteed 24 hour response time or the service call is free. All this for $19.95 per month with a 1 year commitment*.
- Platinum Level – Quarterly service with 15% off (up to $200) any repair and up to $350 off a new system installation. You also get priority service and guaranteed 24 hour response time or the service call is free. All this for $29.95 per month with a 1 year commitment*.

| Winter Service: Clean & adjust automatic controls.Clean burners (if necessary).Adjust combustion for optimal fuel efficiency.Lubricate moving parts as necessary.Check blower belt wear, tension, and alignment.Replace or wash air filter.Check flue for satisfactory operation.Check and/or adjust thermostat.Check for Carbon Monoxide. Summer Service: Check safety devices.Cleaning the condenser coil (with water, if necessary).Checking electrical connections and wiring to ensure for tightness and serviceability.Adjust system for optimal cooling.Check expansion valve and coil temperature.Replace or wash air filter.Check refrigerant level.Lubricate moving parts as necessary.Test controls for proper operation.Check condensate drain.Check and/or adjust thermostat. |
